    Provide your contact details and preferred time of the day for your eye test at your home.

  • Confirm Your Appointment

    We'll call you to arrange the date of your appointment to suit your preferred time and check your eligibility for a free eye test.

  • Get Your Eye Test Done

    Our skilled optometrists will visit your home on your appointment day and time and conduct a comprehensive eye examination.

  • Get Your Glasses

    You can choose from a variety of stylish frames with the assistance of our professionals right after your test.

Check if you are eligible for a free home-based eye test.

You are eligible for a free at-home NHS funded eye test if you or someone you care for has any physical or mental illness which prevents you from leaving your home unaccompanied.

  • At home: if you are unable to leave home unaccompanied because of a physical or mental illness or disability.
  • At a residential or care home: if you are a resident and unable to leave the home unaccompanied because of physical or mental illness or disability.
  • At a day centre: if you cannot get a sight test at an optician’s practice because of physical or mental illness or disability, or have difficulties communicating your health needs unaided.

We will check your eligibility for a free at-home eye test once you request a home visit by using the online form or by calling us 07835 567909.  

You can still book a home visit even if you are not eligible for a free home eye test, however, you will have to pay a small fee.
